Title: | INCLUSION PRINCIPLE AND OVERLAPPING DECOMPOSITIONS OF NEUTRAL TIME-DELAY SYSTEMS | Authors: | İftar, Altuğ | Keywords: | Large-scale systems time-delay systems neutral systems inclusion principle overlapping decompositions controller design observer design |
Issue Date: | 2019 | Publisher: | Elsevier Science Bv | Abstract: | The inclusion principle for linear time-invariant (LTI) neutral time-delay systems is defined. Two special cases of inclusion, namely restriction and aggregation, are also defined and the necessary and sufficient conditions for one system being a restriction/aggregation of another are derived. The overlapping decompositions approach for controller and observer design is then presented for LTI neutral time-delay systems.
