Eskişehir Tepebaşı ilçesi Cumhuriyet (Sekiören) mahallesi'nde bulunan sakarı dokumaları

Abstract

Geleneksel tekstil el sanatlarının tespit edilmesinde alan araştırmasının önemi bilinmektedir. Eskişehir tarihi araştırıldığında gelişkin bir tekstil hammadde üretimi ve tekstil el sanatları ürünleri olduğu görülmektedir. Günümüzde kentleşmeye bağlı gelişen sorunlara rağmen kültür bakımından araştırılması gereken bir unsur olarak tespit edilen, bölgeye ait el dokumacılığının varlığı bu tezin konusunu oluşturmada etkili olmuştur. Bu çalışmada Eskişehir Sakarı Vadisi dokumalarının Cumhuriyet (Sekiören) Mahallesi'nde bulunan örneklerinin incelenmesi, kullanım alanı ve desen özelliklerinin analizi ele alınmaktadır. Çalışma dahilinde yapılan alan araştırmasında yöre insanlarının görüşlerine başvurularak tespit edilen el dokuma örnekleri üzerinde dokuma analizi yapılmıştır. Sekiören köyü geleneklerine bağlı olarak kullanılan örnekler yörenin geleneksel ve yaşanan tarihsel gelişmelerinin ve kaynak kişilerle yapılan görüşmelerin ışığında aktarılmış ve çalışma konuya ilişkin alanyazın ile desteklenmiştir.

The importance of field research is known in determining traditional textile handicrafts. When the history of Eskişehir is investigated, it is seen that there is an advanced textile raw material production and textile handicraft products. Despite the problems developing because of urbanization or cultural degeneration due to modernization, the presence of hand weaving belonging to the region, which has been identified as an element to be investigated in terms of culture, has been effective in forming the subject of this thesis. In this study, the examination of the samples of Eskişehir Sakarı Valley weavings in Cumhuriyet (Sekiören) District and the analysis of utilization area and pattern features are discussed. In the field research conducted within the study, weaving analysis was carried out on hand weaving samples which are identified by referring to the views of local people. The samples used according on the traditions of the village of Sekiören were conveyed in the guidance of the traditional and historical developments of the region and interviews with the locals, and the study was supported by the relevant literature.
